Paul Tetreault

Paul Tetreault serves as Vice President of Operations over Marmon Utilities three manufacturing facilities located in Seymour, CT and Milford and Amherst NH, a position he assumed in April of 2022. Paul works with plant leadership to drive operational excellence. His focus is on increasing customer value through enabling each employee to identify and eliminate waste. Prior to his current role Paul served as Director of Operations in Seymour, CT.

Paul is a 30 year veteran in the wire and cable industry having served in progressive leadership roles in quality, operations, and continuous improvement. Prior to Marmon, Paul worked for Times Microwave and General Cable. Earlier career progression includes 21 years in operational and quality roles for New England Wire Technologies.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Studies Management from Granite State College

He is also a proud veteran of the U.S. Army Corps of engineers, having served as a combat engineer.
