Michael O’Shea

Michael joined Marmon Utility in 2012. Throughout his tenure at the company, he has held a variety of roles; including Accounting Manager, Controller, and now serves as Vice President of Finance overseeing the Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology departments.

Michael has over 15 years of experience as a financial professional, with 10 being at a leadership level. With proven experience in accounting and financial management, Michael is a strategic, hands-on executive with a focus on optimizing company value, maximizing cash flow, and minimizing risk and cost through efficiency and process improvements. Michael takes pride in managing and motivating teams of loyal and productive employees. Prior to joining Marmon Utility, Michael began his career at the global metal component manufacturer, Precision Castparts Corp (PCC Structurals – a Berkshire Hathaway company), where he quickly progressed into a supervisory role.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University. He is married and is the proud father of four boys. He enjoys skiing, running, and coaching little league.
