Dina Masotto

Dina Masotto leads our people operations as Group Human Resources Director of Marmon Utility, a position she assumed in April of 2022.  Dina has been instrumental in elevating the HR function to be a strategic business partner by leading efforts to focus on engagement, leadership and people development, proactive recruitment and retention and standardizing HR policies and procedures.

Dina brings more than 20 years of experience including global HR leadership roles at Hubbell and GKN Aerospace where she was focused on cultural transformations, organizational development, talent management and harmonization of people processes.

Dina holds a Bachelors Degree from Central Connecticut State University in Finance and an HR Certificate form Pace University, NY.  She resides in Amherst, NH with her wife and 7 children.
