Michael Lochman

Mike Lochman leads all aspects of our people operations as Marmon Utility’s Group Human Resources Director, a role he assumed in October of 2023. Mike will look to continue the journey to elevate the HR function’s strategic importance and impact to the business by leading efforts focused on engagement, leadership and employee development, and the recruitment and retention of highly skilled and motivated “energizers” in our workforce. Mike is also instrumental in driving continuous improvement and harmonization across the HR function to help optimize our manager and employee experience.

Mike brings over 20 years of Human Resources experience to Marmon Utility including multiple global HR leadership roles at BAE Systems and Hitchiner Manufacturing, where he was focused on organizational development, talent development and management, leadership coaching, and the entire spectrum of HR and people-focused activities.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University. He currently lives in New Boston, NH with his wife and two young sons.
